Cancelation & Refunds Policy

As much as we’d hate to see you leave, we will keep this process simple and straight forward.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking ‘Cancel my subscription’ under the Account Settings of your profile and following a few easy steps.

 

There is no notice period, instead you can cancel at any given moment.

Your membership will be deactivated on the last day of your subscription month. This means that you can still access your account in the going period.

 

Note: Should you want to cancel your subscription at the very last day of your subscription month, be aware that the relevant time zone for cancellation is the Gulf Standard Time zone (UTC/GMT+4). 

Depending on your time zone this may lead to a delay of cancellation by one month in case the date has already changed as per Gulf Standard Time zone.

 

Refunds

There are currently no membership costs. Therefore the refund policy followed by PONSIST is of ‘No Refunds’ policy; however, your membership will remain active till deactivation date as per ‘Cancellation’ clause.
